All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from Los Angeles, California. Once the order has been processed for shipping, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you via email. The tracking number will be active after 24 hours. 

Due to a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Our shipping days are Monday-Saturday. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays and holidays. 

If there’s an error with your order or incorrect shipping address, we will contact you via email. If your order is not shipped out within 6 business days please check all folders of your email or contact us at purplestarnailsupplies@gmail.com.
